Fitted Furniture

Wardrobes, alcoves and studies that use every inch you own.

Solid oak internal doors and glazed door with brushed steel hardware

Houses are full of awkward, generous space that freestanding furniture can't reach — alcoves, eaves, landings, the wall under the stairs. Fitted furniture turns that space into storage and rooms into calmer places, with everything behind a door that closes flush.

Every piece is built in our workshop, finished by hand, and fitted scribed-tight to your walls. We also hang and fit internal doors — often the quickest upgrade a house can get.

What's included

Everything the job needs. Nothing it doesn't.

01

Wardrobes & dressing rooms

Floor-to-ceiling storage with interiors planned around what you actually own — hanging, shelving, drawers, shoes.

02

Alcove & media units

Classic alcove cabinetry either side of a chimney breast, with floating shelves and hidden cable runs.

03

Home offices

Desks, shelving and storage built into spare rooms and eaves — designed for work, finished like furniture.

04

Internal doors

Supply and hang of solid timber doors, eased, hung and furnished with hardware that works first time.

The process

From first visit to final coat.

  1. Design visit

We measure the space, talk through what it needs to hold, and sketch options on the spot.

  2. Workshop build

Carcasses, doors and faces built and finished in the workshop, where dust and spray finishing belong.

  3. Fitting day

Most pieces install in a day or two — scribed to walls, aligned, adjusted and cleaned down.

Before you ask

Questions, answered straight.

Anything else on your mind? Call us — you'll speak to a joiner, not a call centre.

For awkward spaces — alcoves, eaves, sloped ceilings — fitted furniture typically gives 30–50% more usable storage than the nearest freestanding alternative, and it adds value that moves with the house.

Hand-painted in any colour, sprayed lacquer, or natural timber with hardwax oil. We bring samples to the design visit.

Yes — islands, tables and standalone cabinetry come out of the same workshop. If it's made of timber, we're interested.
